ASSAM is witnessing the devastating floods that have affected over millions of people in almost each and every district of its region. A video has been went viral on social media in which a father is carrying his new born baby in a waist-deep water in SILCHAR crossing YAMUNA river. This is the heart-wrenching moment for anybody. The user who shared the video even compared  it to VAUSDEVA who crossed the YAMUNA carrying a baby LORD KRISHNA. More than 80 people had died due to floods and landslides. The central govt had stopped the railway mode of transport and some special relief trains are being travelled in the state. Besides, more NDRF(NATIONAL DISASTER RESPONSIVE FORCE) and SDRF(STATE DISASTER RESPONSIVE FORCE) teams have been deployed in the state.   Good Morning Everyone!! Meet the man Kedareshwara Rao who waited 24 years to land a job in government sector. He cleared the exam(DSC) in 1998 from then he had went to uncertainties in his life being lost his mother and started begging. Unemployment and mother's death pushed him into depression. He decided to stay single since he was without a job to take care of his family. After successful completion of Bachelor of Education, Rao appeared for DSC in 1998. Despite scoring good marks, the final selection was delayed due to legal issues. One of the heart wrenching moment is that when he returned to his village Pedda Siddhi located in Srikakulam eight years ago his relatives reportedly refused to take him into their homes. He did odd jobs in the village before going to Hyderabad but couldn't find unemployment for suitable role.
